Flight of the balloons

[On Washington Tower, Mt Auburn Cemetery; 12:30pm, 5/30/09]

Just after we had climbed to the top of the tower, three people came up holding three bright balloons on long tethers. It seemed unlikely they'd be taking them back down with them.

They watched until they couldn't see any trace of the balloons. Then they climbed back down the tower stairs.
