Neighborhood

My friend J invited a neighbor of mine, M, to her party this afternoon. Turns out M has pretty much moved in with her boyfriend in Lexington and is looking to rent her place out as of sometime this summer. I've been to M's place and I'd been thinking it would be just the kind of place I'd be interested in -- and right in this neighborhood, which I love. If I either can't sell my condo out in Grafton or decide not to buy here yet, renting M's place might be just the thing. We'll see what works out, but it's a nice possibility -- especially if K stays here with her bf and Ingie. We'd be right around the corner. How cool is that?
