Well thanks, Leslee. My first thought to myself upon seeing Dr. K. was, "Hmmm, I wonder how her beaver's doing?"

Nonetheless, congrats to your roommate. I know that vet school is a long haul.

Ha! You are, of course, referring to this post. Not sure what happened with the Beav, but Ingrid is, as you can see, doing fine. Dr. K has a job waiting for her in a nice, friendly office. And yes, long haul. I reminded her of all the times she sat in my living room with her textbooks on her lap whining that she'd never learn all she needed to learn.
