Just received my copy of The First Hay(na)ku Anthology and felt inspired. I want to also thank Eileen Tabios, creator of the hay(na)ku form, for her link at the Hay(na)ku blog.
One of life's greatest joys is reading words that dance together.

How do
you
get TypePad text
to single space?
Imagine it's
easy
but my
middle aged brain
can't
find the answer
Thank you
much.

Keith: Sometime back TypePad changed to automatic double-space and I'm not happy! It rearranged all my poetry. There is a way around it. At least on my computer I can use Shift-Enter and I'll get a single space. I also discovered a couple of months ago while using a friend's Apple computer that none of my carriage returns (TypePad's double space) showed at all! So my poetry had no breaks in it. Very annoying. So I actually went back through all the poems I posted and created single spaces between stanzas and re-posted them. I don't care so much with prose, but with poetry it's a little more important!
