Amables
Maddy, being naturally more outgoing than I am, was great to travel with. We met a lot of nice people because she’d talk to everyone – people on buses, taxi drivers, people at other tables, etc. We were having breakfast...

Pueblo Nuevo
I’m recounting my two-week trip to Mexico (Mar.20 – Apr.3). This seems a good time to mention that besides my usual propensity to get the odd detail wrong here and there in any normal post, you can now multiply that...

The photos are wonderful. What kind of camera did you end up taking? Did it give you any trouble? I remember that you had some kind of camera hi jinx shortly before your trip.

Hi Roberta. No trouble with the camera at all. I had a set of bad batteries that caused the earlier trouble. Luckily in Mexico I had no such problem, and only had to change the batteries once. I have a Canon PowerShot A70 I got a year and a half ago for my birthday. 3.2 megapixels.

Beautiful pictures, I can really feel the light and the colours. I'm enjoying this so much (and fancying huevos rancheros, it's nearly lunchtime). Already this year I've travelled to Egypt with Natalie, and now to Mexico... Looking forward to all of it.

Lovely atmospheric photos, Leslee, they make me nostalgic for Mexico and Mexicans. Looking forward to more about your journey.

Thanks. I'm nostalgic for Mexico and Mexicans and I only just got back! Fortunately I'm returning to improving weather here so at least I'm not craving the sun.

Hi, I just came back from Guanajuato, we went to a little town outside of Pueblo Nuevo, it is called San Miguel del Brete, but we went to Pueblo Nuevo a couple of times. My Nephew goes to the prepa there. It is called CISITEC or something like that. Well it is good to hear that someone besides us has gone there. JK....lol. It is a lovely town and I want to go for the fiesta in Feb. I hear it is great!
