An appointment with April

One day while he was teaching he looked out the window and saw a forsythia beginning to blossom. He stopped his lecture, picked up his gloves, hat, and walking stick, and said, "Gentlemen, I shall not be able to finish that sentence. I have just discovered that I have an appointment with April." Every university in the English-speaking world offered him his choice of posts, but he refused them all. He spent the last years of his life in Italy.

I came across your website while looking up photos for my second grade daughter's school project on a place she'd like to go this summer. You see, we moved here to Raleigh, NC about a year ago from New Hampshire and she misses "home". So, she did her project about New England. The photos you have taken are absolutely breath-taking! I will be checking the site frequently for my "New England Fix". Don't get me wrong, North Carolina is beautiful, but nothing compares to New England in my eyes!
