Yesterday after work, I went to the local farmer's market and bought fresh heirloom tomatoes, a green bell pepper, and some crisp cucumbers -- all with the intention of making gazpacho. Tonight, I whipped up a batch to take with me to Boston for the weekend. Couldn't help but taste it, you know, to make sure it was acceptable. Yummmmm!
